Applications Now Being Accepted for Besser Company Pipe Industry Scholarship

The ACPA Foundation Scholarship Application for the new $2,500 Besser Company Pipe Industry College Scholarship is now available on both the Besser Company and ACPA’s websites; applications are due by 1 February 2017. The employee-owners of Besser Company initiated this scholarship earlier this year in recognition of the American Concrete Pipe Association’s (ACPA) annual National Concrete Pipe week. Besser Company was a Silver sponsor of the National Precast Concrete Association’s 51st Annual Convention held in Austin, Texas last week. Coeur d'Alene, Idaho provided a gorgeous, yet chilly backdrop, for the NCMA MidYear Meeting.
