We’ve sharpened our focus on customer satisfaction with a new streamlined process for handling inbound technical service calls. The new process was initiated in August. All service related phone calls are now routed to customer service representative Ron Gunderman or project manager Kevin Krentz. In many instances, using their experience and tools available, they can resolve the issue(s) for the producer. When they cannot resolve the issue they promptly contact the appropriate Besser technical service representative and share the information for quick resolution.
