Craig Raupe Strengthens Besser Company’s Support

When Craig Raupe started exploring what direction he may take to further his career, he looked at a variety of industries and opportunities. It didn’t take long to realize where he truly belongs. “The energy, pace, and hands-on nature of the concrete masonry industry is what drive me, and joining the Besser team just feels like the right fit," Craig shared. 

Today, Craig serves as a Field Sales Support Representative, working with producers across Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. He connects directly with customers to help them get what they need, from parts and molds to practical support that keeps operations running smoothly. 

What makes Craig especially valuable in this role is his unique perspective built from within the concrete products industry. With more than a decade of experience leading operations, he’s been in his customers’ shoes. He understands the day-to-day realities of production and sales,and brings a sharp eye for quality to every conversation. Whether he’s offering advice on process improvements or helping solve a challenge on the plant floor, Craig's focus is to provide practical solutions that make a real difference.
