We've recently strengthened our technical service and sales departments with talented additions to make sure that you have the support you need, when you need it. Meet Ron Gunderman, Mike Reed and Kevin Krentz.  

Ron Gunderman is our newest Customer Service Technical Support Representative for Masonry and Hardscape producers. He joined our customer service team in 2012 and has gained a tremendous amount of experience with Besser parts and equipment in the office, in customer plants, and as a student at the Blockmakers Workshops. He brought a strong technical service background, along with exceptional IT experience to Besser.  Ron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Management from Ferris State University. Ron is available to troubleshoot your Masonry and Hardscape equipment over the phone. Trips into the field will be made when necessary and for training purposes.

Mike Reed is the newest Customer Service Technical Support Representative for Pipe and Precast producers. Mike brings extensive customer service experience with a local manufacturing company, a mechanical inclination, and technical abilities to his new role. He is looking forward to learning the intricacies of the industry and meeting producers in their plants and at the ACPA short course being held in January 2018.

Kevin Krentz is our newest Sales and Technical Support Representative. Residing in Florida, he is serving producers in the Southeast Region. In his new position, Kevin will promote machine and mold parts, capital equipment, and paid service. He will also provide technical service and training to customers and prospects for the entire Besser product line. Since being hired in 2014, Kevin gained valuable experience working as a Sales Application Engineer, attending many Blockmakers Workshops, and installing equipment - including curing systems.
