Curing Tents

Curing tents are used to provide easy-to-move insulation around wet concrete products. These are typically used in concrete pipe and precast production. The tent fits closely around the manufactured product to allow the most efficient use of the concrete reaction and any added heat. 

Curing tents can be configured to your plant requirement and can change in size. The front of the chamber may be fitted with insulated doors or tarp curtains. 

Tents are located out of the way during production. As concrete products are placed for curing, the tent is telescoped out to cover the units to allow maximum energy usage during curing.
