Vibro-Mac®
The versatile, high production Vibro-Mac manufactures dry cast products and shapes. These include, but are not limited to elliptical, arch, round, jacking, PVC protective lined pipe, box culverts, and manhole products. Steel end ring, tongue and groove, profile gasket, confined O-Ring, bevel, and big bell R-4 pipe can also be produced on one or more of the machine’s stations.
Three models: 8’ (2.5m), 12’ (3.5m), and 16’ (5m) are available. Machines can be configured for multi-station operation, different shapes or sizes can be made simultaneously. The machine can be set-up in a variety of configurations depending on production needs - such as core strip or form strip, core or mold vibration, etc.
