Form Roll-Over Brake

The Form Roll-Over Brake simplifies the process of flipping over a precast form before stripping while making it safer. The brake is used to turn the form 180 degrees at a controlled rate of speed. Plant personnel determine the brake’s level of resistance for each form to provide the optimum level of safety and efficiency when turning the form. 

The standard brake handle forms up to 10 tons and the heavy-duty brake can handle forms up to 25 tons.
