Whether at our state-of-the-art training facility at the World Center for Concrete Technology or in our customers’ plants, we partner with industry experts to provide students with hands-on and classroom training designed to meet your objectives.
Blockmakers Workshops®
Providing your employees with education and training relevant to their job responsibilities is an investment that pays tremendous dividends. Besser and the World Center for Concrete Technology (WCCT) continue to develop Blockmakers Workshops® that satisfy the major employment needs of the concrete and concrete products industries. In-Plant Training
Besser offers specialized training in your plant. Our instructors work with you to create an agenda to meet your needs, travel to your plant and train multiple employees on your equipment. While there, we can also offer specific one-on-one training and a plant evaluation.

ACPA Foundation Scholarship Application
Established with the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) Foundation, this college scholarship will be awarded to a student whose course of study is related to concrete pipe production, application/installation, or research.
Plant Operation Boot Camp
This one-day event is packed with information. You’ll walk away with an overview of block production as well as the skills to evaluate and improve your plant performance, safety, product quality, and profitability. This session was created by people who have experience in running a plant. You are in store for lively presentations and lots of discussion about all aspects of plant operations.
