Pipe Handling Equipment

Besser Company offers automated handling systems to complement our pipe production machines. This provides a completely automated pipe production system. 

The system automatically places the pallet with a cage onto the machine loading station. A bi-rail moves the finished pipe to the moving floor, which transports it through the curing chamber. The cured pipe is then picked up and moved to a depalletizing station. The pallet is then cleaned, oiled, and stacked. The pipe simulatenously is placed in the staging area, where it is deburred and tests to standards required before travelling to the marking station and finally transported to the yard for storage.
