JOB SUMMARY: This position provides administrative support to the engineering team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Attends engineering team meetings and documents action items.
2. Creates no-charge order forms and follows up on them.
3. Reviews and submits expense reports for the engineering team.
4. Manages the engineering team’s PTO calendar.
5. Coordinates travel arrangements and accommodations for the engineering team.
6. Runs payroll reports for hourly employees.
7. Creates reports as requested.
8. Attends daily briefings with the Vice President - Engineering to discuss action items for the day.
9. Manages the calendar and email for the Vice President - Engineering.
10. Reviews no-charge orders and sends action items to the appropriate manager.
11. Serves as a backup for the HelpDesk team when required.
12. Creates presentations when required.
13. Provides administrative assistance as needed including, but not limited to answering phones, accepting packages and other deliveries, greeting and signing in visitors/guests, managing incoming/outgoing mail, ordering lunches, running general errands.
14. Organizes Besser training and Technical Service schedules.
15. Prepares quotes for Besser training.
16. Plans, schedules, and assists with WCCT events.
17. Communicates confirmations and reminders to customers of upcoming training visits.
18. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associates degree in business or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Two years’ experience with providing administrative assistance
Skills: Strong communication skills. Strong knowledge of business systems and Microsoft software programs. Good organizational skills.
