JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for designing and implementing industrial control solutions with moderate supervision. The position also involves mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Designs, develops, and programs PLC-based control systems and HMIs.
2. Develops and maintain electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
3. Leads system commissioning, troubleshooting, and debugging on-site and remotely.
4. Collaborates with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration.
5. Implements plant-wide automation improvements and optimize control strategies.
6. Trains junior engineers and assist with standardizing design practices.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
Experience 3-7 years of experience in controls engineering or automation.
Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent) and HMI/SCADA development. Experience with industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.) and motion control. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently on projects. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Requirements: Must be willing to travel.
