Typical curing data to be recorded include curing temperature, curing duration, the speed of the temperature ramp phase and the speed of the temperature cool-down phase. Other requirements include humidity measurement, measurement of the ambient temperature, duration and temperature of the preset and soak curing phase.

Chart Recorder

- Paper recording consists of a 10-inch, 100-sheet recorder; paper temperature charts (°C or °F); and two ink cartridges
- The circular paper chart recorder documents climatic curing information
- Pre-printed circular paper charts provide time increments along the circumference of the chart and temperature across the radius
- This electronic recorder is in a dust-proof enclosure, which may be wall-mounted
- Recorder is available with either one input or two inputs, which are indicated on digital display and via an ink pen (red and green) on the paper chart
- Temperature and humidity sensors may be combined with the recorder to measure temperature and/or relative humidity
- Temperature may be measured in two different areas and combined on one chart using two pens with different ink, for instance: ambient air temperature and concrete temperature
Scada Data Recording Software

- PC-compatible software package that measures, records, prints and stores climatic curing data
- For quality control and general management purposes
- Simple two-step installation. Requires PC with appropriate Microsoft Windows® operating system and connection to the central processor located on the vapor generator
- Simple operation is guaranteed through the use of large Microsoft Windows icons
- Curing data such as time, temperature and humidity may be displayed and/or printed in color in a graphical or list format on 8 1/2 X 11-inch paper
- Information may be saved on disc or hard-drive
- Time increments, °C/°F, and language may be changed via icons
