Besser, A Manufacturing Marvel

Our Alpena, Michigan location is certainly a manufacturing marvel, so it is fitting that Besser was featured on the show of the same name. In early 2021, a crew from Manufacturing Marvels®, visited our World Headquarters to shoot footage for a segment about Besser Company. The two-minute segment captures our manufacturing capabilities. It artfully weaves together employee- owners throughout the plant operating our furnaces, state of the art machine tools, welding, grinding, and painting before showing where the equipment comes together in the assembly department. As the images are shown, the host—John Criswell—former network anchorman, discusses our legacy, employee-ownership, and longstanding commitment to customer service. The segment first aired on the 17 February on the Fox Business Network.
