9 April 2020 Valued Customers and Industry Partners, We hope that you, your family and employees are staying safe and healthy during this uncertain time. Rest assured, our focus remains firmly on taking care of our employees, our customers and our communities. The most recent data projects the peak timeframes for COVID-19 health risk for Michigan, California and Iowa coming within the next few weeks. It is our responsibility to do all we can to "flatten the curve." So our employee-owners can stay safe at home with their families we will be closing our facilities on:

• Friday, 10 April & Monday, 13 April: Alpena & Zeeland, Michigan
• Friday, 17 April & Monday, 20 April: Compton, California
• Friday, 24 April & Monday, 27 April: Boone & Sioux City, Iowa

During these closures you’ll continue to have 24/7 access to us for the support you need. You can reach us at 1.989.354.1000 or 1.800.530.9991. Or, if you prefer, you can order parts online or via email and they will be processed the next business day. While our employees are home, our facilities will undergo extra cleaning and disinfecting to prepare for their return. Once back to work employees will continue to follow internal processes to ensure the highest levels of health and safety occur each day while onsite.
