Vibrapac® Training A Success

The latest Vibrapac® training course was held at the World Center for Concrete Technology (WCCT) 19-23 October 2015 with eleven students attending. The Vibrapac concrete products machine course is a hands-on study of the proper machine adjustments, electronics and electrical schematic print reading of the V3 block machine. Students apply practical applications to troubleshoot issues that may occur in day-to-day activities.
In 2016 this course will be offered 7-11 March and 3-7 October. “We hold our Blockmakers Workshops in the spring and fall so more students are able to attend,” said Ron Scherer, WCCT Instructor. “Students are encouraged to register early as we hold classes based on attendance.”
Training at the WCCT is unique in that students are able to meet other students from around the country and sometimes the world. They can share ideas, issues that they may be experiencing and make new connections that can last a lifetime. “Although sometimes more cost effective to hold training in customers’ facilities, the networking aspect of the class really brings a new perspective to the training held at the WCCT training facility,” stated Kari Schellie, Director of Marketing and Information Technology at Besser Company.
