Wipf Bolsters Customer Support in Central U.S.
Michael hit the ground running and has already visited many producers in his territory.
Pipe and precast producers across the Central United States have a new resource dedicated to their success with the addition of Michael Wipf to the Besser sales team. Michael has hit the ground running, traveling extensively with Mike Reed, North American Sales Manager – Pipe & Precast, and Ernie Segebart, Sales Representative, to meet producers, learn firsthand about their operations, and deepen his understanding of the industry.
Based at Besser’s Sioux City, Iowa facility – a key hub for the company’s pipe and precast operations – Michael is strategically positioned to serve producers across Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Michael brings a strong customer-first mindset and a broad background in retail management, outside sales, construction, logistics, and heavy equipment operation. This combination gives him a practical perspective on the challenges producers face daily. “I’m focused on building strong relationships with the producers in my region,” Michael shared. “Understanding their problems and identifying potential solutions will be how we succeed together.”
With Michael’s addition, Besser reaffirms its long-standing commitment to customer service and field support. Michael is already making visits throughout his territory and is ready to assist producers in the industry.
